The Company does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted or error-free operation;
  • availability of the Service at any specific time or location;
  • accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of any content or results obtained through the Service.

The Company may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at its sole discretion, without notice and without liability.

4. User Responsibility

You expressly agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for:
    • compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;

  • ensure any particular outcome or result;

  • refund any fees, payments, or costs incurred by the User, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Any services, features, or benefits provided are offered on a voluntary and revocable basis.

6. SMS Services and Return Policy

By accessing or using the Service, including by confirming acceptance of these Terms via a checkbox or similar mechanism, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following SMS-specific policy.

6.1 Nature of SMS Services

The Service may provide access to temporary or virtual phone numbers and related SMS functionality.

You acknowledge that:

  • SMS services are digital, time-sensitive, and dependent on third-party platforms and telecommunications providers;
  • allocation of a phone number and initiation of activation constitute the beginning of service delivery;
  • receipt of an SMS does not guarantee successful registration, login, verification, or access to any third-party service;
  • the Company does not control third-party authentication systems, including but not limited to two-factor authentication (2FA).

6.2 General Rule: No Refund After SMS Receipt

Once an SMS message or verification code is successfully received and displayed to the User, the Service is considered fully rendered.

Accordingly:

  • no refunds, reversals, or compensations are provided after SMS receipt;
  • dissatisfaction with the content, sender, or outcome of the SMS does not constitute grounds for a refund;
  • failure to use the received SMS for any purpose (including unsuccessful third-party verification) is solely the User's responsibility.

6.3 Automatic Balance Return If No SMS Is Received

If no SMS message or verification code is received within the time period defined by the Service:

  • the activation may be automatically canceled by the system; and
  • the corresponding amount may be automatically returned to the User's internal balance.

Such return:

  • is performed only to the internal balance;
  • does not constitute a refund to any external payment method;
  • does not include third-party fees, commissions, or transaction costs.

6.4 Limited Exception - Review With Evidence

In exceptional cases, the Company may, at its sole discretion, review an activation after SMS receipt if the User provides clear and verifiable evidence that:

  • the received code was entered correctly; and
  • access to the third-party service was not granted due to additional restrictions, security checks, or authentication requirements imposed by that third party.

Submission of evidence:

  • does not guarantee any refund or balance adjustment;
  • does not obligate the Company to investigate or respond;
  • does not create a precedent for future cases.

6.5 Form of Compensation (If Any)

If the Company decides to grant compensation:

  • it shall be issued only as a credit to the internal balance;
  • refunds to bank cards, cryptocurrency wallets, or any external accounts are never provided;
  • third-party fees and commissions are non-refundable.

6.6 Support Requests

Requests related to SMS non-delivery or exceptional review may be submitted by email to:

The Company may ignore incomplete, unclear, repetitive, or abusive requests and is not obligated to provide a response.

6.7 User Acknowledgment

By using the Service, you explicitly confirm that:

  • you understand how SMS delivery and third-party verification systems work;
  • you accept the risks associated with 2FA and external platforms;
  • receipt of any SMS message normally completes the Service and excludes any automatic refund rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
    • loss of profits;
    • loss of data;
    • business interruption;
    • legal claims or penalties;
    • reputational damage.
  • This applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

If liability cannot be fully excluded, the total aggregate liability of the Company shall be limited to zero or, where legally required, the minimum amount permitted by law.

8. Third Parties and External Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources.

  • The Company does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content.
  • Your interaction with third parties is solely between you and such third parties.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to text, software, layout, design, and trademarks, belong to the Company or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Service solely for personal use. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
